So far, I've brewed about 8 batches of beer. Fortunately, success has been much more common that failure. Only once I've had to throw out a batch of beer due to infection. Actually because the yeast was more or less dead. The fermentation didn't start until 3 days after brewing, and by that, bacteria had already outgrown the yeast ...

Only some of the batches are documented thoroughly, so please bear with me. The recipes contrary, are available for most of them.

The batches are also categorized by beer-style (sub-categories), so you'll be able to list exactly those batches belonging to you favourite style.
